Its a little funny to think the serene moment depicted on this card would likely be followed up by a massive Fireball, but that hardly robs this art of its place on this list

As you can see, Modern Horizons 3 looks like a powerful set that has the potential to really shake up Commander at all power levels

The only issue with this deck is that it doesnt have a ton of cards that are still competitively viable today (with a few notable exceptions like Lefou Instigator and Shield of Virtue)
