I try to keep duplication to a minimum as much as possible across packs, so that multiple purchases are sure to provide you with new and powerful cards, without too many repeats, however with purchase of multiple packs there is always a possibility of slight duplication (though you should never get two identical packs).
As cool as I think it would be to see an all villain deck gain popularity in the meta, that hasnt happened yet

You only have to decide the new target once the spell starts resolving, so don't let anybody try to force the answer out of you until everyone has declared they're letting the spell resolve
