While there is a range of spell cards that could easily be considered the most powerful during this season (with notable mentions including, Harpies Feather Duster, Brain Control, and Change of Heart), Monster Reborns ability to revive a monster from the graveyard creates such a tempo shift in the game that it just has to come out on top
It's goaded for the rest of the game and it gains "This creature can't be sacrificed." (It attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.) Whenever a creature you own but don't control attacks, you draw a card
Then each artifact entity you control gains vigilance, menace, and Lifelink until the turn's end

What are the weaknesses and retreat cost of this Alolan Muk ex card
