I've looked longingly at that card many a sleepless night, don't get me wrong, but Enlightened Tutor is way better and more flexible, while also not really being super powermax-y, since it doesn't draw you the card, it just sets it up, and it has never felt oppressive since I cut the most broken crap
Id mostly consider it an equipment commander, as its a poor choice for a straightforward goblin theme
