Blue has solid counterspells (Glorious Gale looks very strong in this format), and its bad removal is pretty much made up for by blacks numerous options
Perfect for making allies while still getting ahead in the game
Not dying to every pinger, small end of every dividable burn, being able to attack into a utility dude or 1/1 token and being able to block said creatures individually don't seem like much, but taken cumulatively, these things happen all the time
The Adversary is best suited in decks that can take advantage of its creature types and are looking for budget-friendly card draw: Warrior Tribal under Najeela, the Blade Blossom and Elf Tribal under Ezuri, Renegade Leader or some other Elf commander
In addition to blanking Infernal Grasp, you can use it to save yourself from a scenario where theres no good blocks, or hold it to back up your go-wide flunge
This deck comes to us via GingerGuy83, and its seriously innovative stuff
