For a basic Pokemon card that has two evolutions this card is excellent and I would definitely suggest using this card to start off a Pokemon line ending in Emboar
Early in the game, the fun comes in crafting the perfect spell for combos that do a lot of damage
However, a card whose only effect is to draw another card isn't uselessif a player in a CCG has to have, say a 40-card deck and wants a greater chance to draw some specific card that they are only allowed a limited number of, then a "Draw One Card" card is effectively "invisible" turning it into a 39-card deck, increasing the chances of pulling the card the player wants
So in terms of collectability, OP08 did get printed heavily initially to meet demand which it has done so the price of this set is very reasonable at the moment
I hope you now feel equipped with everything you need to put attached artifacts to good use
While it may not be the most impressive card that can currently be opened in packs of Ravnica Allegiance , Justiciars Portal does so much for so cheap and would have been considered essential alongside Clone or Craw Wurm
