There is definitely a point where you put enough stats on a vanilla card and it becomes worth playing
The foil Judy Hopps Uncovering Clues is really good

From the top down, however, this card is a perfect example of what the design team has described as the snapshot method, where a creature card captures a moment in a single characters story
If enough creatures die during a single turn, it transforms into Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, the final major boss of FF7
Again, if Ruby/Sapphire goes all-in on actions, playing a Steel deck will be your best bet, and this one does a far better job of managing the board without relying on actions or high-cost removal
