This won't touch generic mana costs or other colors, and it only works on permanents, which was clearly done to keep them from getting broken by casting free Brainstorms, counters, Lightning Bolts, Swords to Plowshares, etc

This little fella costs five mana in all to cast, which is a little higher than what you might expect, but the tradeoff is pretty darn good

In fact, this may be my favorite second look at a plane weve ever had in all of Magic
