I've experimented with a few ways to appraise raw Pokmon cards
Artifact Equipment Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from instants and from sorceries
This card recently came into prominence when content creator and boxer Logan Paul bought the card for $5.2 million dollars, flaunting the coveted relic at a WWE
Crown of Skemfar 0 Expensive win condition for elves and likely just a lot worse than Overrun effects
Magic Online shows us that if a draft format is really, really fun, players will play it even if the value is bad (see: cube drafts), assuming the entry fee isn't too high, but if the cost of entry is too high, players will shy away from the format even if its great (see: Masters drafts on Magic Online , which are often amazingly lacking in value, since the EV of Masters packs online is often around $2, while Wizards still charges $25 for a draft)
Still, its a good card in Commander and other multiplayer formats
