T'Challa is a three-mana (1W, 1U, 1C) 3/2 legendary creature with Flash and lets you draw a card whenever a player draws their second card of a turn

Its interesting for a few reasons: you typically build your own deck based around some strategy, and so you need to think about the probabilities of drawing certain cards in a game (there are also cards that exist purely to manipulate the probability of drawing a certain card)

It's also very tough to permanently remove: if it dies, it returns to it's owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step, ready to cause havoc again

Jigglypuff, on the other hand, can put the opponents Active Pokmon to sleep with its attack Sing, making the Pokmon more effective than the original card, which lacked this effect
