It's arguably the better card , regardless - decks are popping up that tap into Miraidon's ability to summon a pair of Electric Pokemon to the bench every turn, once again proving that early sprints are a ticket to successful matches in the Pokemon TCG

That said, to get the most out of this card, you do have to build around it, as otherwise, there are better options

It lets you reset with an additional draw on top, which can completely turn a game around if you were starting to struggle off the top of your deck
