Id say the sum package is more than good enough
The upkeep of this card shouldnt be a problem compared to the upside you can get from it

A lot of your most impactful cards are going to be in the 3, 4, and even 5 or more cost range, so you'll be laying a lot of hopes on individual characters here (as opposed to building up a wall of characters as in the Amber and Amethyst deck)
Combo Scrooge with Lucky Dime and the above Magica De Spell, The Midas Touch and youll be generating a hefty amount of lore before you know it, all the while dealing with any tricksy evasive characters on your opponents board
