It takes so much out of the game without diminishing the enjoyment that you can find in it
For example, if something puts Spirits from your hand into play for free, which could be solid, bigger, more expensive Spirits are in play
Every turn, you roll a die and bam , you might jump to some wild place in th e Doctor Who universe or trigger some crazy effect
Crack your Marsh Flats to shuffle away all the bad cards you've put back with Brainstorm and get a Swamp into play
If there's a cost associated with having it attack, its controller isn't forced to pay that cost, so it doesn't have to attack in that case either
Griselbrand is a weaker draw spell but has some other potent effects on the game and is easier to cheat into play despite the higher cost
