Then theres Brotherhood Scribe, a creature that can tap to gain an energy, but you can only activate it if you have three or more artifacts, which wont be hard at all

Note theres a bit of overlap between BR and WB, so you may be able to splash Unexpected Request for treason and sac lines

Izzet Prowess might not need it in Standard, but I wouldnt rule it out either
