You really only want to play one of this card, since you can only activate this ability once on your turn, but it is still a fantastic card to add in any deck

This trap lets you destroy up to 2 spells/traps on the field, at the cost of not having a battle phase the turn you activate it

These reward you with a randomized card of uncommon rarity or better

Loxi: Weird mana cost, not particularly a great Commander creature in my opinion

This works on all players, you too, so if you cycle or channel a card, it counts as well
