In this specific case, the five official metal Pokmon cards would be a smart investment , as there was a very limited supply distributed, and just how unique they are
It's better than the roar because it has trample and does cost less for playing it from your hand, but I want to encourage my players to discard the card to be rewarded from the lower flashback cost - that's why I go with Roar of the Wurm instead
Seeing new cards is fun, but that's true of any booster with new cards
