This card feels like it was designed for CLB draft/sealed mostly, but there are some very niche cases in already existing EDH decks that want to run this card
Deathless Knight is a powerful beater that is likely to trade down the first time, and possibly the second time, but with a steady diet, it will keep returning, ruining your opponents day, and getting confused with Resolute Rider (which is also an enshadowed, right-facing, four mana 4/2)
You can even reuse it with things like Glint Hawk and Goblin Welder for a horrific lockdown experience for your opponent
