Drawing four cards for 4 mana is slightly above rate, and getting two turns to bulk your team by casting spells is amazing

Obviously, because its a suspect, it cant block that means youre going to be rumbling with this 1/1 menace every turn and your opponent will have to make a decision between letting you draw a card or losing some life

Tutors arent reprinted that frequently, so Mystical Tutor is one of the best cards in the set
