This was nothing new, as every year I take a look at the new generals Wizards has created for the product and outline quickly what I would do if I were to build around each of them

Rats are perfect for Vehicles because the major drawback of the latter is the constant need for creatures to tap and animate them into combat, on attack or defense

Be sure to slot this into any dragon Commander deck that supports these colors (which should be most of them), and dominate the skies with flame and talon

Decks with strong mana production get the most out of it, since spending more mana expands its range of targets, and adding evasion on top of a copied creature often turns value into a legitimate win condition

The Great Henge isnt as easy to cast as Guardian Project, but if you do the heavy lifting necessary to cast this at a reasonable cost, you get the bonus of extra mana and lifegain each turn, and your creature cards that enter the battlefield get a +1/+1 counter on them, in addition to the card draw
