I think the card really ties this deck together, being absolutely ridiculous with 1) Sylvan Library, by milling cards you dont need and allowing an easy draw two) and 2) flashback cards, by letting you get value out of milled cards
(2) also weakens and removes itself in a free chain, so it is easy to avoid the opponent's removal, and it is easy to maintain and attack
Delve is just going to turn on in these formats because we will fill our graveyard up quite easily with Verdant Catacombs, Lightning Bolt, Thoughtseize, Serum Visions, and the like
