As before this is a blend ofYarlington Mill (40%), Browns (40%), Ashton Brown Jersey (15%) and Sweet Coppin (5%). 2022 was very dry and extremely hot, and the fruit was typically very high in sugar, tannin and aromas, giving some very concentrated ciders.
