The farm uses only the finest quality beans from rare and exotic varietals. Geisha cherries for this microlot undergo an aerobic fermentation and pulping 16hrs after that. The beans are then left with their mucilage to further ferment aerobically over 56hrs. Finally, theyre washed twice and sun
