US ARMY M-1965 M65 FIELD JACKET 1972 SIZE XS XSMALL REGULAR DEADSTOCK parkas The Army's first pattern utilityThe hip length M1965 cold weather coat was made from OG 107 water repellent and wind resistant cotton nylon sateen and had a zip front closure and Velcro cuff fasteners. The two bellows type chest pockets and two lower inside hanging pockets were closed by snap fasteners and the hood was zipped into the back of the coats rounded collar. Like its M1951 predecessor it had both waist and hem drawstrings and could be fitted with a detachable liner.
