80% of the wine is macerated on skins for three days then sees spontaneous fermentation and then breeds in concrete tank

They realized quickly that some parts needed to be replanted in order to choose either a better suited grape variety/root stock combination and/or change the density of plantation

The bouquet is completed by elegant hints of vanilla and cotton candy

Rumor Cotes de Provence Rose, Provence Pinot NoirMade from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault hand picked grapes. On the nose, there are intoxicating aromas of fresh strawberries, peaches, apricots and a hint of exotic spice. On the palate, the wine is crisp, clean and elegant with an excellent balance of acidity and soft tannins that lead to a long, dry finish. Very stylishly packaged.
