Géantet-Pansiot, Marsannay Les Champs Perdrix 2021 gifts This is a gourmet wineAn intense, velvety Pinot Noir from the very north of the Cte de Nuits, where the 'Champs Perdrix' is a micro climate in the Marsannay appellation, with north facing vines. Layers of flavour, with a range of fruit suggestions and hints of beetroot and spice, lead into a full, concentrated wine that has a firm, mineral finish. There's enough punchy fruit to make it enjoyable immediately, but it will soften and evolve agreeably until 2030 or so. Hand
