Large glazed Cowparsley Lamp depending on the different light

The light blue glaze was chosen to accentuate the pattern of the flowers and because it too makes me think of summer

When the cowparsley comes out in  May / June time I know that we are heading into the warmer months and the sight of them makes me happy

I have collected cowparsley flowers from local woodland here in St Leonards

There is a natural variation as different environments effect the light levels emitted through the porcelain clay
