Gros, Beaujolais st-aubin it is packed with blueberryThe domaine purchased 3. 80ha of the lieu dit En Mortperay in 2017, half a hectare very new, the rest with 60 year old vines. The grapes are brought to Beaune, vinified as whole bunches, one tank of three under carbonic maceration for ten days, the other two more classic.
