The case has straps for attachment to the D rings of the saddle

One leather strand of the thong is damaged approximately six inches from its end

Early 20th Century Ladies Leather Riding Boots and Trees by Peal & Co, London - Boot031 jan26 It is smallA pair of slim vintage black leather riding boots. These have four part wooden trees with wooden handles that screw in to the central section. There is an ivorine plaque on the top of each tree these are printed with the owner's name "Mrs Paget", "Patent no 5562" and "Pel & Co., London". The boots have very narrow feet too narrow for most modern feet, but they would look very elegant on display . They are in very good condition I have photographed
