Papua New Guinea Viennese - Medium Roast Full City (light) roasted withThe Papua New Guinea coffee is full bodied without the earthiness of some Indonesian coffees. The bean is blue green in hue and of very uniform size. At Armeno, we roast Papua New Guinea to a full city to best show off how clean and well balanced of a cup it is. Expect a rounded and nutty flavor profile with a delightfully smooth finish.
