DELAMAIN Cognac "Pleiade - Mr Dauge Testimony" - 70cl Dolcetto each cuvée displaying individual attributesWine Region: Cognac France Terroir: Grande Champagne Tasting Notes: "This limited cognac is in line with the house style. The delicacy and finesse of its fruity aromas are associated with rancio and the natural sweetness of old cognacs. With its notes of ripe fig, pear, and a slight butteriness, it is reminiscent of raisin bread. On the palate, these aromas are complemented by notes of leather and a hint of nutmeg."
