Macrocantha) native to Pueblas Mixteca region, it is slow cooked in a volcanic stone lined earthen oven. The agave is crushed using a traditional horse drawn tahona mill, then fermented in oak barrels. Distilled twice in copper alembic stills, this limited batch 001, produced in March 2024, yielded 180 bottles at 48%
