Antique French silver snuff box, peace doves Fob pendant Oval shaped and set withA fine antique French silver snuff box. A table snuff box this is heavily and expertly decorated with bows, swags and flowers around the sides, a light pie crust rim and the image on the lid of two peace doves with an olive branch. A lovely depiction of the two doves and some very fine decoration it is a stand out little box. It has marks for French Maker Ernest Eschwege, Minerva head mark for 950 silver, late 19th century early 20th century.
