Im not saying that you cant make this work, but Im saying that its hard to do so in Limited

This is an incredibly valuable asset for a control deck, as they will be casting a lot of noncreature spells that will trigger Shark Typhoon

Unlicensed Hearse has been a notable card in other formats, so I definitely expect it to make a splash in Commander once more people catch on
