You can upgrade everything else about the deck: ramp, removal, draw, etc

Raffine is one of the most powerful and playable cards to come out of the set (next to the other leading lady, Ziatora, the Incinerator)

The first one is nothing to write home about, but the second and third perks are rather powerful
