Im generally not super-high on Future Sight effects, but given this one is an Exploration that helps you solve it, costs just four mana to get down and lets you cast the most common spells green decks want to cast it passes the checks for me
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it, and when the last is removed, you may cast it from exile without paying its mana cost
And we of course benefit from all this forced mayhem with cards like Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant, Death Kiss, Curse of Opulence, and Curse of Disturbance
If you seek for a budget option in paper or on Arena, its hard to go wrong with Mono Red
Youll run into: Tokens (usually standard size, but occasionally printed in other sizes depending on product) Emblems and checklist/helper cards (standard size) Oversized cards (promos, special products, Planechase planes, Archenemy schemes, Vanguard, and other delightful chaos)
This is only when you first play Elsa, but it can be devastating and game changing depending on what cards your opponent was hoping to use against you
