If used properly, and with bounce back cards like the ones previously mentioned, this card can derail almost anything, and continue to do so as long as you have the ability to return it back to your hand

This means a player can use Maui to attack, pull an action out of their discard, play the action card, and then get a lore for playing an action and have that card return to the discard where it can be pulled again next time Maui challenges
