Tatsunari, Toad Rider The Great Toad Sage himself (though with slightly less hair), Tatsunari is an incredible Ninja enabler
Since a Pokemon can neither attack nor retreat while paralyzed, the only thing their trainer can do is heal them with a trainer card or simply wait out the status ailment
That means it destroys itself, which can be a problem, but there are a lot of ways to make sure your Artifacts either come back to life, or are simply indestructible, that make Nevs Disk not only good, but usable nearly every turn, and thats nearly impossible to beat
As an added bonus, all copies of Gary Clone gain +1/+0 when Gary attacks
