Duel Monsters 4 Ultimate Duelist War , the maximum attack power of monsters that can be taken out with 2 sacrifices is Skull Bishop with 2650 attack power, except for the Millennium Primitive Man , which cannot be put into a deck in some ROMs
It is far from the best five drop stand alone threat you can find however it still very much needs dealing with
