For most decks, being restricted to only cards that cost three or more means that Keruga, the Macrosage has the same exact issue as Gyruda, Doom of Depths: you only get to play a single card over the first three turns of the game, leaving you in a position where you're often dead to aggressive decks (this gets even worse in older formats, which are faster and place a higher value on efficiency)
When this product was originally announced I foolishly didnt think there would be any overlap with Commander
Thieving Skydiver It appears this flying Merfolk creature will be a force to be reckoned with in all blue decks this season
However, in Commander, no such bans existed, and this card is generally a bit player in dedicated Cat builds

While exiling creatures isnt a traditional reanimator game plan, having access to 4/4 copies of any creature in your opponents graveyards, even at one time apiece, for 4 mana at instant speed can deliver incredible utility and card advantage in the mid-late game
