All in all, the dragon is just a very pushed card that exemplifies how Modern is played in 2022: Use your graveyard, kill or deny your opponents stuff and then put down a big beast to finish them off
If its a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield. You can even use this on your own stuff if you have faith that the top card of your library is something powerful
This card would sell for around $18 currently, though Id probably price it at $17 because Im cool like that
