This card is pretty average overall, it can do a fair amount of damage but I wish its HP would be higher so it could last longer, and I wish you didn't have to use Antigravity to be able to retreat for free, its base retreat cost is too high for my liking
Despite Deoxys' appearance, there's no doubt that Rayquaza is still the star of the show, as this card's roughly $130 price tag stands out
