The self-mill aspect is nice but since you have to target something to cast it, this card could be very dead in hand if there's nothing to target, and also kind of clunky removal stapled onto it
The issue with Birds is that you can only really play it in these decks when you are base or at least heavy green
The card has some synergies with blinking and returning cards to your hand, and its a good target for web-slinging as well
