You only get to play those cards til the end of turn, which kind stinks, but its not a bad ability at all
Use both lv 3 monsters to xyz summon any Rank 3 Xyz monster of your choice, the most notable examples being Ghostrick Alucard (which can destroy any set card your opponent controls), Leviair the Sea Dragon (which can special summon a banished lv 4 or lower monster) or Number 3: Cicada King (which negates your opponent's monster effects on the field)
And secondly, Ureni generates value as soon as they enter, and it only gets worse if they're allowed to attack
Terrain Terrain A square of terrain can add an effect to the monster stepping into that square
If you do not have the minimum devotion , Then, Bello makes it an enchantment creature elemental, then Xenagos makes it not a creature, just an enchantment
