I dont often include counterspells at three mana or more - I feel there are plenty of options for two mana or less, as highlighted in the Two mana counterspells you arent running but could article a few months ago - and when I do they have to come with some serious benefits

Second, the card either has to do something awesome on its own or play nicely with a theme thats already popular

Every spell cast (including encoded ones!) will make this monster grow
