I would use a card that does damage to all benched Pokemon no matter if they have damage on them or not and then after that Pokemon is retreated or knocked out I would put Gallade in and use Chop Up to spread even more damage around

Split cards too, lots of functionality put into one card

Decks like Ruric Thar feed on the chaos and force opponents to eat massive damage, while decks with access to Drannith Magistrate can use it to create a lock on opponents casting new cards

For shaping cards, I use a folding bone and a burnishing tool
