That downside doesn't matter too much though, as this card shines best in a mono-Black or two-color deck where it is more likely to be one-sided
This is because when your opponent activates a monster effect, you can quickly target 1 banished card and shuffle it into the Deck to destroy that monster, or if you shuffle it into your opponents Deck, the effects of that monster are negated instead
It sacrifices resources for damage and thrives on chaos
Also, with only 40 card decks you are having to exile the majority of it most of the time you are making the Tog lethal
