The deck revolves around Gardevoir exs Psychic Embrace ability, letting you fish Energy out of the discard pile and attach it to your Pokemon like psychic duct tape

The first is Torrential Gearhulk, which can't flash back our mill spells because they are sorceries but does let us reuse our Engulf the Shores for even more bouncing and all of our counters

It's a solid removal spell even without the gift part, but getting that Bolt late is pretty nice

With the rotation taking away VS Seeker, the opponent will quickly run out of N, and wont have them for the late game
