Obviously, the cost of essential items isnt down to Wizards business decisions, but releasing a set that asks so much from players does feel like a slap in the face

Champion of the Perished I love this card

They're fairly useless on their own, but assemble all three and you get a whopping seven mana from just three lands

The Cursed role can be a good way to weaken another players creature, and I think theyd work really well in a Toxrill, the Corrosive deck

That being said, even in the context of the Death Toll person, this still requires work, so it's not like it's broken or anything
