When considering upgrades for this deck, Grand Arbiter Augustine IV is worth a look-in owing to how it reduces the cost of your blue and white spells, and (rather cruelly) taxes your opponents for every spell they cast

So for 6 mana you get to destroy a creature and then virtually guarantee someone kills your saga creature because nobody is going to want to just get aced

This is the most famous serialized Magic card ever, never mind just in the set, and it somewhat overshadows the rest

Vanishing Verse isn't a slam dunk, "play four of this in all of your reactive decks" kind of card, but that's okay
