It drives up the price of other Pokmon TCG products, makes it more difficult for newcomers to get into the game (which is the entire point of a promotion like this), and it certainly puts the game outside of the price range of its target demographic, actual children

This is surprising for two reasons: firstly, most promotional cards, especially those which have a gimmick such as this one, tend to retain their value over time

As you may have noticed from some of the screenshots above, there have been small visual improvements to our deck builder to match the changes to how cards are collected

It isn't especially efficient as a three-mana removal spell that also requires us to exile a creature, but our deck is really good at making semi-useful 1/1s, so it usually isn't that painful to exile a Pest to cast it
